A Raspberry Pi is an ARM-based computer that is quite capable for its cost and size. It is possible to have multiple Raspberry Pi boards connected and working together to perform tasks that a single Raspberry Pi would not be able to accomplish alone. This style of computing is known as cluster computing, and Raspberry Pi clusters are sometimes also referred to as “brambles”.
