Instagram has launched the Professional Dashboard with creators and businesses in mind. This new system contains an assortment of tools to help creators grow their businesses and keep track of performance.

A New Home for Essential Business Tools

The Professional Dashboard is a hub for all of the tools that Instagram offers to businesses and creators. It allows professionals to keep tabs on how well their account is performing, and also lets them set up ads and monetize their content. The platform announced the new feature in a post on the Instagram Business blog.

Although the majority of these features have already been available to creators and businesses on the app, the Professional Dashboard simply makes them more accessible from a single space. The feature is currently available for all business and creator accounts.

Instagram has already integrated shopping into nearly all areas of the app, making it even more business-friendly. In 2020, the platform added a Shopping tab to the app’s main menu and even launched a shopping feature for Reels.

Social Media Is Becoming More Money-Driven

In an attempt to attract more users, just about every mainstream social media network is taking the extra step to help users make money. Not only have WhatsApp and Facebook established built-in shopping features, but even Snapchat has started paying users to create the most popular Spotlights.
