Disney+ Offers Premier Access Pre-Orders for Upcoming Raya Film

Raya and the Last Dragon is an upcoming Disney animation that will be available to stream on Disney+. For a time, you will only be able to watch it by paying for Premier Access.

If you like, you can now pre-order Premier Access so that you can watch the film as soon as it debuts.

Should You Pre-Order Premier Access?

Premier Access is a concept that Disney introduced in 2020. You could pay a fixed cost to watch the live-action Mulan remake before it became available for free to all Disney+ subscribers.

Now, Disney is bringing back Premier Access for the upcoming 3D animation Raya and the Last Dragon.

The film is due to digitally debut on Disney+ on March 5, 2021. In order to watch it on that date, you will need to pay $29.99 to get Premier Access.

Strangly, Disney is now giving you the ability to pre-order Premier Access. Bear in mind that this is purely a digital service—there won’t be any stock issues—and so there’s literally no benefit to you pre-ordering, apart from saving a couple of minutes signing up to Premier Access on March 5.

Premier Access for Raya and the Last Dragon will be available until May 5, 2021. The film will then be available for all Disney+ subscribers on June 4, 2021 at no additional cost.
