Using the Camera app to recording videos with audio playing is only possible for the iPhone 11 or later. That also includes the iPhone SE (2nd generation).

Alternative video recording apps are available from the App Store if you can’t use the Camera app to record video with music playing. Apple often incorporates the best features of apps developed by other companies into its own apps. So actually many of these apps let you record video with music long before Apple.
