Amazon’s Echo Frames Now Come With a Variety of Different Lenses

Smart glasses can be a handy way to get information while on the go, but they don’t tend to stray too far from using regular lenses. Amazon is fixing that by introducing two new lenses to its Echo Frames range.

The New Additions to the Echo Frames Range

As announced on About Amazon, the e-store giant is fleshing out its Echo Frames range with sunglasses and blue-light filtering options. Neither of them uses prescription lenses, which means that people with perfect vision can wear and use these Echo Frames glasses.

The sunglasses are self-explanatory: they’ll help you keep your eyes shaded from the sun during the hot summer months. Meanwhile, the blue-light filtering lenses are perfect for when you’re stuck indoors and working away, as they’ll protect your eyes safe from the blue light that monitors emit.

If this is the first time you’ve heard of the Amazon Echo Frames, they’re glasses that come with additional Alexa capabilities. This means you can ask her stuff, listen to podcasts, and control your smart home from anywhere.

If you think you’d like a pair, you can either of them in a Classic Black frame for $269.99. The blue-light filter lenses will ship out on May 18, 2021, while the sunglasses will come out on June 9.

Amazon’s Claim to Frames

If you’re in the market for a smart pair of shades, why not check out the Amazon Echo Frames range? They come with Alexa built-in, and now you don’t need to be short-sighted to use them.

Of course, these glasses will only be as useful as your knowledge of Alexa commands. It’s a good idea to study up on everything she can do, so you can truly make the most out of these glasses if you do decide to get them.
